She’s the Australian TV presenter and former Miss World Australia who called it quits during Tuesday’s episode of SAS Australia.

And on Wednesday, Erin Holland swapped her combat boots for heels as she flaunted her trim pins in a video selfie shared to her Instagram stories.

The 32-year-old was back to work as an influencer as she gushed over a pair of strappy new high heels.

‘@NineWestAus getting me ready for reason…’ she wrote over the video.

Dressed in head-to-toe activewear, Erin flaunted her sensational physique in a black top and leggings.

She completed her look wearing a tan coloured puffer jacket, and took safety precautions by wearing a face mask.

The sighting comes after the model revealed the life lesson she learned from her experience on the show.

In a lengthy caption to her Instagram on Tuesday, she wrote: ‘Gutted my time on @sasaustralia came to an end so soon.’

‘I had all the heart & head, but lacked the body to see it through.’

‘It’s so hard to see myself so vulnerable, but if this course has taught me anything, it’s surrendering to the pain & learning how to fail with grace.’

Erin explained that she’s grown more from several days on the course than she could have ever imagined.

‘I’d sign myself up again tomorrow, no hesitation,’ she concluded the post.

During the episode, Chief instructor Ant Middleton asked Erin to carry actor Dan Ewing after she failed to complete some exercises earlier in the day.

But after a number of failed attempts to lift the strapping actor, she announced that she couldn’t go on – especially knowing that the other recruits were being savagely punished with more gruelling exercises until she finished.

‘I can’t do that to them. I can’t,’ she said to Ant, before handing in her arm band.

SAS Australia continues Monday at 7.30pm on Channel Seven
