Pretty Little Liars’ Troian Bellisario delivered her daughter Elliot inside her CAR

Pretty Little Liars alum Troian Bellisario and Suits alum Patrick J. Adams just detailed the ‘wild’ birth of their second child – daughter Elliot Rowena Adams – on May 15.

The married couple of four years drove into the parking lot of the hospital when the 35-year-old LA native went ‘nuclear’ and he pulled up to the ER entrance.

‘I get up to the [hospital security guard] and I say, “It’s all happening, in the car. You need to get the wheelchair down here. You need to get the people, all the people, all the professionals! It’s happening!”‘ the Canadian 39-year-old recalled on Thursday’s episode of Shondaland podcast Katie’s Crib.

‘As soon as I open [the car door,] Troian is doing one of her incredible howls. She is on all fours, butt facing the windshield. Her butt’s at my head level, so I just go and pull down her pants and [the baby’s] head is right there.’

At that moment, Patrick realized he would have to deliver their baby himself: ‘There was no room for panic. You just need to deal with this situation.’

After one more push from Troian, Adams turned their daughter upside down to make sure fluids weren’t blocking her windpipe and she let out her first cry.

‘I just look over my shoulder, because I’m still on all fours,’ Bellisario said.

‘And I see Patrick holding her upside down, and she’s wailing, so I was like, “She’s alive. She’s okay. She’s breathing.’

By contrast, the birth of the USC grads’ two-year-old daughter Aurora ‘lasted over 26 hours.’
