Aubrey Plaza was spotted out in Los Angeles after confirming her marriage to her longtime partner, Jeff Baena, 43.

Just married! Aubrey Plaza was spotted out in Los Angeles  after confirming her marriage to her longtime partner, Jeff Baena, 43

The Happiest Season actress was wearing a car coat length charcoal jacket over a black top tucked into her high-waisted light wash jeans.

Aubrey accessorized with tortoiseshell cat eye sunglasses which she wore on top of her head as she dragged the suitcase to her car.

She appeared to go makeup free and completed her casual look with a pair of lace-up white sneakers and protected herself amidst the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic by covering her face with a black mask.

The brunette beauty’s ombre waves tumbled around her shoulders as she glanced in her makeup mirror before pulling out of her parking spot.

Plaza also used the post to plug her and Baena’s new film together, the indie comedy Spin Me Round which will film in Italy.

He also created Showtime’s series Cinema Toast which she directed.

In 2019 she said of her mate: ‘I think that when you’re with someone that is in your field, they understand what you’re dealing with on a deeper level.

‘So obviously you are able to support each other and really understand kind of the journey that we’re both on,’ she told People.

‘So I think that can be really great,’ the actress continued. ‘But, you know, working with your partner can always be challenging. There’s a lot of things we do separately and I think that it’s all about balance.’

This comes after she said in March that she was ‘completely destroyed’ emotionally at the end of filming Black Bear.

The star plays actress Allison in the thriller – which explores filmmaking, gaslighting and feminism – and though she didn’t realize how tough she was finding the shoot at the time, she’d noticed at the end of a day’s filming how ‘tense’ she was, and once shooting wrapped for good, she needed time to recover.

She told Empire magazine: ‘I knew I’d really have to dive off the deep end and surrender to the process. So I wasn’t paying attention to how it was affecting me. But I had moments back in my hotel room at the end of a 16-hour day and my muscles would be twitching.

‘And then I’d think, ‘I’ve put my body through hell.’ Physically and emotionally, I was a mess at the end of it…

‘At the end of the shoot I was completely destroyed. It took me a while to shake it off.’

But Plaza felt she ‘needed’ such a grueling experience.

She said: ‘It’s not maybe the healthiest thing. At that time in my life, I needed to go through that. To work out some things. It felt very cathartic for me.’

The movie is deliberately ambiguous as to what is real and what is part of a film within the film, and

Aubrey admitted the confusion translated to the on-set experience. She added: ‘We were shooting in a very isolated location and the production was pretty challenging and chaotic. I think that energy really infused into the film. The actors became the crew and the crew became the actors. Everything was flip-flopping.’
